Join us for the first of 4 classes delivered at Trust HQ Pinderfields Hospital.

We recommend attending from 28-30 weeks of pregnancy.

This session will include:

  • Physiology, hormones and stages of labour​
  • Early labour and how to manage at home
  • When to call the hospital​
  • Pain management options​
  • Delivering the placenta​
  • Recovery from birth
  • Perineal care, wellbeing and emotions

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS SERIES NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.
