This session is strictly for staff who work in the following boroughs:

Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea

Naloxone, Safer Injecting and Synthetic opioids training session


This is a whole day’s face to face session. All sessions will take place at 31 Wardour Street.


Part 1 - We will start off the day by learning all about naloxone, how to put the kit together and practice how to administer naloxone as well as identifying and responding to an opioid overdose.

Professionals will be invited to stay for part 2 of the session but this is not compulsory

Part 2 - Safer injecting and synthetic opioids. We will learn about what can go wrong when injecting and discuss best practice and harm reduction advice on how to stay safe, we will then finish the session by learning about synthetic opioids.
