About this Event
To allow staff to meet with colleagues in a safe way and in a safe space we will need you to book a team meeting space.
In order for you to visit the campus safely, it is essential that you follow the below instructions:
- Read through this online guide and ensure you understand it fully. Anyone who is on site will be expected to know all this information and adhere to the rules
- Use this page to book your meeting space by providing all the details we need
- 72 hours before your session, we will contact you to confirm your requirements

Please note that for bookings on a Monday we may need earlier than 72 hours notice in order to process your booking before the weekend.
Terms and Conditions:
- Timeslots for each day will close for bookings 72 hours before. We will use this time to check through bookings to ensure people will be visiting the site safely
- We reserve the right to cancel or change your slot should this be required
- The University of Leicester will reserve the right to deny access to the site if you have not read and understood the information in the online guide and/or have not booked a session timeslot
- Before you travel please ensure you have read all the information and booked a session timeslot. Please ensure you continue to follow the Government advice on travelling around the UK and use of public transport. If the Government advice changes and the public are asked not to travel then please follow this advice and do not come to campus. The University of Leicester will not be liable for any costs to you should you choose to travel anyway and not be able to access the site
- You should not come onto the University premises if you meet any of the following criteria: you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, you are deemed clinically extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 or you have been in an environment where you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and have not self-isolated for 2 weeks following this exposure.
- Consult your line manager and obtain approval before you book your slot
- You must have completed the Healthy Transitional Working and Temporary Working at Home training available on the Staff SharePoint Intranet
- Anyone working within University buildings must now wear a face covering
- There are key workers carrying out essential duties across the estate. Be mindful of others around you and keep a safe distance from them while you are collecting your items
- Download the SafeZone app onto your phone and ensure you are checked in when you are on campus
- Parking is available at Stamford Court Conference Centre or John Foster Hall
