Workshop description:
• FYM short introduction, 5 R (recognize, release, rebuild, relax and repeat)
• Recognize: unwanted habits and how they cause expression lines
• Release: tapping, acupressure point push, facial massage (facebook group)
• Rebuild: Forehead, eyes, mouth, cheeks, nasolabial folds, jaw and neck line (tension, wrinkles, lines, droopiness)
• DIY skincare recipes (workbook)
• Q/A
What you need:
• Clean hands and face! (We will use hands/fingers on our face/scalp. If you do not wish to use them, you can watch the demonstration, make notes and try the poses at home.)
• Mirror (hand mirror to check details while practicing poses)
• Hair band
• Water bottle
• Pen to make notes
• Please wear contact lenses if you have the option
Note: you can sit on a chair or a yoga mat if you prefer. We are going to do mainly face and few upper body poses.

The main goal of the Beginners workshop is to learn how to release tension and activate muscles in a particular area of the face. You will receive a workbook to make notes in. A closed Facebook group will be open for the participants in order to support you in your face yoga journey. Face Yoga program which you will follow on your own for 4 weeks after completion of this workshop will give you a good start to youthful looking appearance lifelong.
Face Yoga uses muscle exercises, conscious breathing, body poses and release techniques to relax, tone and lift your face naturally. Face Yoga Method (FYM) also teaches you how to look after your face from the outside and how to change your bad postural and facial habits. Face Yogis very often report psychological positive effects such as boost of confidence, increased self-love as well as reduced headaches and inner body tension. With daily practice you will look more youthful and radiant. Let’s age gracefully!
