Facebook for Charites

As a charity, there’s never been a more important time to harness the power of Facebook than right now.
Why? Because Facebook’s recent changes are in favour of a charitable strategy, which means the more engaging your content, the more people will see it and the more awareness and funds you will attract. But first, you must know how to do it.

This practical workshop gives you all the insight into how to devise a strong Facebook strategy that works alongside your fundraising efforts, whilst also giving you real-time support in creating it before you head home.

The workshop will be split into two parts:

In the morning it will cover:

  • A review of social media and what makes Facebook different
  • The latest Facebook changes, including the new Facebook donation tool
  • How to use Facebook to build a digital community of fundraisers
  • How to develop a social media strategy and to use it effectively
  • The persuasive copy to use to make people take action

In the afternoon:

  • You will be creating your own Facebook marketing strategy that you can implement there and then from the help of two experts.

By the end of the day:

  • You will leave with a hot to trot knowledge of how to leverage Facebook for your charity, plus a complete Facebook marketing strategy that you can implement right away.
