Facilitating Meetings Online Training

This half day course is delivered by our trusted regular trainer, Duncan McKenzie. It is suitable for anyone who wishes to chair meetings more effectively. By the end of the course, delegates will:

• Be clear on the role & expectations of a chair and the members
• Have reviewed different behavioural options available
• Have received hints and tips on chairing effectively including before, during and after meetings
