Event description
Are you looking for motivation and inspiration to move past your fear, trust your gut, gain confidence and begin embracing your truth?

About this Event

If that's a yes, come and listen to me chat with Masterchef semi-finalist, Amal Hassan about leaving her successful, corporate role and launching her childhood-inspired, Somali Basbas sauces.

As a mindset and wellbeing coach, I often see my clients riddled with self-doubt, thoughts of not being good enough and ongoing negative self-talk. Wellbeing often has gone out the window alongside their self-worth. During this workshop, I will offer my tips to free you of these emotions and empower you to embrace new opportunities and live life to your fullest.

I’m working hard to make this event as interactive and as fun as possible, while also providing you with:

🔹More insight into what you really desire from life and where to begin, with no overwhelm!

🔹An opportunity to tap into what’s been limiting you, fuelling your doubts or preventing you from moving forward, as well as tapping into practical and simple ways to help remove these blocks.

🔹An honest and open conversation about the inner talk we all have and how we can change our mindsets for the better, long term!

🔹Hear all about the story behind Basbaas by Amal and be inspired by her journey so far.

🔹Ask Amal questions about her time on Masterchef and what motivated her to leave her job and start a new career

🔹Leave feeling motivated and inspired to live your life with more authenticity, fun and creativity.

I'll be talking about mindset, fear, self-belief, intentions and that ongoing whisper in your soul telling you to break free from what's no longer serving you. I'll be asking Amal questions about her inspiration to leave her corporate job, why these sauces mean so much to her and what her plans are for the future. Plus, I'll be getting some 'behind-the-camera' insight of what really goes on when filming Masterchef! There'll also be a quick audience Q&A and then Amal will be selling her delicious sauces at the end of the night. Be prepared to feel inspired, motivated and ready for some self-development by the end of the evening.
