Faculty Development Programme - Feedback and Challenging Conversations

This workshop enhances attendees’ abilities to provide constructive

feedback, manage challenging conversations, and support reflective

practice. Participants will gain practical skills and strategies to

communicate with confidence and professionalism.

The session will focus on tailoring feedback to the educational context,

supporting reflective practice, addressing performance-impacting

factors, and developing assertive communication skills. The goal is

to equip attendees with the tools to handle difficult conversations
