'Fair Play' - Red Note (May)
Date and time
A playful, inclusive, and interactive sharing of the exhibition through live improvisations performed by Red Note Ensemble.
About this event
A playful, inclusive, and interactive sharing of the exhibition through live improvisations performed by Red Note Ensemble inspired by the intricate landscape of ‘Human Threads’. The musicians will interact with artworks and visitors exploring the exhibition, blurring the lines between ‘audience’ and ‘performer.’
Like the billowing sails and joyful smoke, bubbles, and light of this gentle fairground…sounds will thread, twine, phase and shift as Red Note’s musicians spontaneously align and respond to/with both the art and the audience.
This performance is one of two leading up to a final performance taking place on Sunday 28th of August. This will be a specially commissioned soundscape by Martina Corsini marking the end of the Human Threads exhibition run.
