Does the very thought of taking scissors to your precious knitting make you wince? Let Melanie Boocock guide you effortlessly through the what, when, why and how of steeking. In this workshop you will work on a fairisle piece which will be knitted in the round and then steeked. Melanie will show you how to strand and weave the yarns, holding yarn in two hands. You will steek, reinforce and finish your knitted piece with a decorative border.
