About this Event

Join us for a major event at Nomad Books!

Sami has held the helm in the heat of the Ottolenghi kitchens since the first day. Head chef, mentor, visionary behind so many of the longstanding and latest dishes, Sami’s precision, palate and panache is the heart and soul of the food we all love so much. He co-authored 'The Ottolenghi Cookbook' and 'Jerusalem' with Yotam.

Tara Wigley joined Ottolenghi in 2011. Starting by testing recipes, she then took on the role of writing collaborator. She was involved with the creation of 'Plenty More' and is credited on the title page with the writing of 'Nopi: The Cookbook', 'Sweet', the re-launched edition of 'Ottolenghi: The Cookbook' and 'Simple'.

Tickets, including light refreshments, are £5 each, and numbers are strictly limited! Doors 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Sami says "This is the book I've wanted to write for years. There are so many Palestinian recipes and Palestinian stories I want to share." So don't delay, buy your tickets today!
