The 5 days of morning sessions are £150 +£9.89 EB fee
All the afternoon optional extras are £50 +£3.69 EB fee
In this series of off-horse Awareness Through Movement Lessons you will teach your body how to flex and roll, so it is instinctively available to your sub-conscious if and when needed, and explore other movements beneficial to riders.
Wednesday 12/10 3pm – 6pm & Thursday – Sunday 13-16 10am – 1pm – Awareness Through Movement Lessons.
Thursday – Sunday 13-16 2pm-5pm - you will have the choice of
- time-out for relaxation
- riding lessons on your own or school horse (spectators welcome)
- lessons on the riding simulator
- time to yourself on your own horse (in arena or out hacking)
- individual Feldenkrais bodywork
Stabling / turnout available for visiting horses.

It is the responsibility of each person to take care of their own body and only progress through the lessons as they feel ready to do. Karin Major / MTIE can not be held responsible for any injuries incurred during the classes or in following falls.
