About this event

Families First Partnership Workshop on the Single Assessment and Plan

Overall Aim: To collaboratively design and define a local model for the FFP's "single assessment and plan" that ensures a seamless, child- and family-centred system of help, support, and protection, aligning with national guidance and local population needs.

Workshop Objectives:

• To establish a shared understanding of the FFP's vision for a single assessment and plan across all safeguarding partners and relevant agencies.

• To review current local practices and identify strengths and gaps in relation to a seamless assessment and planning process.

• To co-design key elements of the single assessment and plan, incorporating multi-agency perspectives and the voices of children, young people, and families.

• To outline practical steps for implementation, including workforce development, data integration, and ongoing quality assurance.
