About this event
Join us for an engaging session in partnership with BBC CBeebies Parenting. We’ll be joined by Janet Cooper, Speech and Language Therapist from Stoke Speaks Out, who will share expert techniques and practical tips to support your child’s development at every stage.
This Family Connect is a chance for parents and carers to explore the full breadth of what BBC CBeebies Parenting has to offer - from pregnancy through to the early years. You’ll discover a wide range of free, trusted resources, including:
- Short films and animations that model everyday interactions to boost bonding and communication
- Expert advice on speech, language, emotional wellbeing, and child development
- Activities and play ideas tailored to each developmental stage
- Tips and techniques to support routines, transitions, and responsive parenting
Janet will guide us through key strategies to use at each stage of your little one’s journey, with a focus on practical, easy-to-use techniques that make a real difference in everyday life.
There will be time for questions at the end of the session, so please feel free to submit yours in advance or live via the chat function. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with expert guidance and explore tools designed to support you and your child every step of the way.
