About this event

Family and systemic constellation work is a gentle, embodied process that helps reveal the hidden dynamics behind emotional patterns, relational struggles, and inherited burdens. Instead of focusing only on the individual, this work looks at the wider system — family, ancestry, culture, and events that may be quietly shaping your experience.

Using representatives or symbolic objects, we create a “living map” of the issue. As patterns become visible, something begins to shift — bringing clarity, release, and often a deep sense of peace. You don’t need to know how it works to feel its impact. You’ll be guided the whole way.

Clients often arrive saying:

“I’ve done the work — therapy, mindset, healing — but I still feel stuck.”And they leave saying:

“Now I understand. I feel lighter. Something has shifted.”

In this session, you’ll be part of a small, supportive circle — either bringing an issue of your own (issue holder) or participating as a representative. No acting, no pressure,no chanelling — just a guided experience of clarity, movement, and quiet transformation.

In a constellation, we might explore patterns that feel stuck — in family relationships, romantic partnerships, parenting, grief, identity, or a deep inner conflict. Sometimes the issue isn’t clear — just a feeling of “something isn’t mine,” or “this keeps happening and I don’t know why.”

You don’t need to have it all figured out. The process helps bring visibility to what’s been hidden — from inherited burdens to unspoken grief — and allows space for resolution to emerge. You’ll be guided with care, and supported whether you’re bringing your own issue or simply witnessing and participating in the circle.

About Facilitator: Soumya Karkera

With over 15 years of experience in family practice and training as a Family Constellation facilitator, I bridge traditional approaches with transformative systemic healing. My journey into constellation work began in 2022 when I experienced firsthand how our bodies hold wisdom about family patterns that talking therapy alone cannot access.

I believe deeply that our family stories shape our worldviews, and when we cannot find our place in our family system, we struggle to find that place anywhere else in life. Through constellation work, I help clients explore beyond individual sessions to uncover the hidden family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and unconscious loyalties that influence their daily lives.

I host intimate group workshops and circles that combine the power of systemic constellation work with nourishing environments, creating safe spaces where participants can discover their rightful place within their family system. My mission is to help individuals break generational cycles, honor their lineage while living their own truth, and become agents of healing for future generations.

Each event I facilitate focuses on embodied learning—using body wisdom alongside cognitive understanding to reveal family truths and create lasting transformation. I'm committed to holding sacred space where deep systemic patterns can safely emerge and heal.

Important Note: Family constellation work CAN resurface past events and conflicts, which carries the risk of re-trauma. This work is NOT for everyone and is NOT therapy or diagnostic in nature. It is NOT suitable for people currently experiencing acute mental health issues, as these sessions CAN bring up deep emotions and trauma. If this may NOT be the suitable time for you to attend a constellation circle, please honor your current needs. If you are unsure about your readiness for this work, please get in touch with me for a pre-consultation: soumya.karkera2020@gmail.com

Frequently asked questions

I’ve never done constellation work before. Will I know what to do?

Absolutely. You’ll be gently guided throughout the session. Whether you're attending as an issue holder or a representative, you don’t need any experience — just an open mind and a willingness to be present.

What’s the difference between being an issue holder and a representative?

An issue holder brings a personal challenge they’d like to explore. A representative steps into roles within someone else’s system — often experiencing powerful insights of their own. Both roles are meaningful, and many people choose to do both at different times.

Will I need to share personal details with the group?

Only as much as you feel comfortable. You don’t need to explain your full story for the work to be effective. The process speaks for itself — and you’ll be supported at every step.

How do I know if I’m ready for this work?

If you’ve done a lot of personal growth work but still feel stuck in the same patterns… this may be your next step. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to be curious and gently explore what’s been hidden.
