Family constellations for the curious

Gain new insight on what is really blocking the changes you want to make in your life

Family constellation workshops can help to surface hidden dynamics and to catalyse shifts in relationships, helping us to move forward in our lives in a more positive way. Join this workshop if you are curious to know more (those already familiar with the methodology are also welcome).

The workshop will include opportunities for a number of participants to explore their personal issues. Representing in someone else’s constellation can also bring clarity in your own situation. For more information on the methodology of family constellations see my website.

Issues explored in this workshop might include:

• the stories we inherited from our family
• our loyalties to other family members
• the role of both personal and collective trauma
• our inter-generational history

Tickets £11 (the price of a cinema ticket).

Subject to there being sufficient interest, the intention is to host these workshops on a regular basis in order to make the healing opportunities of the work accessible to a wider community.
