Where is the KCOM Learning Zone?

It's on Carr Lane in Hull City Centre but it's NOT accessed by the main KCOM reception. Instead, walk further down and it's between Herby’s and Johnstons Butchers. Look out for our 'Creative Briefs' logo, and a member of our team will be at the door to greet you.

Do I need to bring anything ?

Please bring at least one smart phone or tablet per group which has the capacity to connect to the internet and download apps. You will also need an email address to create an account with some of the apps.

Will any of the apps cost money?

All apps or websites that we direct you to are free to use. Some in app purchases may be available but everything that we show you will be free.

I don't have any mobile data - can I still take part?

Yes, we will have a wifi hub that you can connect to if you have no data on your phone

Can I book for more than one workshop?

Yes, you're welcome to book places for both days if you'd like. Alternative, if you're attending the 10am session, you can also book the 12:30pm session on the same day. Just remember to bring some lunch with you if you're staying for both sessions.
