WHAT TO EXPECT

🎶 Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of dancing, music, and fun with your loved ones in our fabulous disco tent. Kids can bounce to Party Hits and parents get to join the party too (in fact, the parents regularly enjoy it more) 😉

What age is the Family Disco suitable for?

All ages are welcome with parental supervision . We kindly ask that everyone attending be mindful and considerate of our younger guests to help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all families.

Will there be Food and drink available?

Family-friendly snacks and drinks available for purchase there will be a licensed bar for adults, with strict rules to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

Will there be a quiet area for children who get overwhelmed?

The disco will take place in a stretch tent venue on the Rugby ground. For children who need a break from the music and lights we recommend (along with parents/guardians) heading to the club house where there will be seating outside and inside for a chill-out space.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby/toddler?

Children under 3 enter for free but still need a ticket for entry. All other children and adults require a paid ticket.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance to the event?

No. We recommend booking in advance as events often sell out.

Who’s the DJ or entertainment?

Our resident family DJ will play a mix of disco, pop, and dance hits that kids and parents will both enjoy.

Are there any activities besides dancing?

Yes! Face painting, bubble machines, games, and dance-offs will take place.

What time does the event start and end?

Doors open at 3 PM and the disco runs until 5 PM. Arrive early for the best experience!

Can we arrive late or leave early?

Absolutely! The event is relaxed—come and go as you please during the advertised hours.

Is there a dress code or theme?

There’s no dress code, but disco-themed costumes, glitter, and glow sticks are encouraged!
