Family-Friendly Glass Fusion Workshop: Festive Tealights

Explore the magical art of glass fusion in this fun and festive creative, and family-friendly workshop led by talented artist Trish. Whether you’re new to glass fusion or simply looking for an inspiring activity to share with your little ones, this session is the perfect introduction to the art of glass fusion.

What to expect in this 2 hour session:

🎨 Create Stunning Glass Art: Design your own festive tealight using vibrant glass pieces and frits. Think Christmas Trees, Stars, Presents, Snowmen to personalise your design.
👪 Family Fun: Ideal for adults and children aged 6+ to enjoy together.
🔥 Glass Fusion Techniques: Learn how to arrange and layer glass to create a fused masterpiece.
🎁 Unique Keepsakes or Gifts: Perfect for decorating your home or gifting to loved ones.

Safety

Please wear close-toed shoes when attending the workshop

Children must be supervised by parents at all times

Kilning and Firing

Following the session, Trish will take your piece home to fire in the kiln. We will let you know when these are available to collect from the venue.

About Trish

Following her retirement as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Trish now produces her very own beautiful pieces of glass fusion art. Trish runs workshops and sells her pieces in local shops. Trish loves nothing more than sharing skills and techniques in Glass Fusion art with others.

Parking

Parking is available in The Bell Centre Car Park. Please use the second car park entrance on St Marys Way.

Accessing The Bell Centre

Access The Bell Centre from the large green gates from the car park, opposite the Cutting Room. Once in the Bell Centre, follow the walkway to the right and you'll find us at number 14 just before the Time Out Cafe.
