Family Fund iPad workshop: Getting started

This workshop is all about learning the basics of your iPad and getting some tips and tricks to allow you to get the most from using it.

We will cover:

• Finding your way around the iPad

• An overview of the most useful iPad features and apps

• A walkthrough of the settings

• Creating shortcuts

The workshop is held online via Zoom with an experienced Apple trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team.

Please note:

• As we are a UK-based charity, this workshop is intended for parents and carers who are living in the UK.
• This is a friendly and informal workshop for parents and carers raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person.

• You’ll need to have an iPad (or an iPhone) to take part in the workshop activities.

• To keep your iPad free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
