FAMILY HAUNTED HOUSE FESTIVAL

For one weekend only! Come join us for this exciting and ghastly walk thru event through the very bones of the 'After' Life Cafe in Crystal Palace Park. We are transforming the entire building into a haunted maze to create an experience that you and yours will remember forever.

FREE MINI WEST END CONCERT-SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th: That's right! At 11am and 1pm on the Life Cafe bridge level with the lakes, there will be a short performance by some of the West End's finest stars singing Halloween classics! Don't worry if you are coming on the Friday, it's free and you can come back watch on the Saturday! (duration approximately 15 mins)Every kid gets a BOO BAG which includes:A Halloween sticker, plastic toy figure, colouring & crayons, an 'I survived the B&G Haunted House' badge and a ghoulish coupon for a kid's hot chocolate to be redeemed on the night.

This event will not only include a haunted house! There will also be some free activities such as arts & crafts, pumpkin painting and a photo booth to capture this magical experience.

There will be all kinds of chargeable diabolical activities including, tarot readings, henna tattoos & face painting! There will be instant prizes for best costumes, dancing to Halloween classics with our LIVE DJ (not dead) delicious snacks & beverages from Brown & Green and much, much more! And as it's Halloween, we have some creepy crafters setting up stalls for this spook-tacular event including:

I SMELL CHILDREN!

We are delighted to welcome The Salem Sisters, three fabulously wicked witches who will guide you on this maze of tricks and treats!

(This family event concentrates on the fun and friendly characters and aspects of Halloween, whilst horror (HAUNTED HOUSE EXTREME) is reserved for Saturday October 18th from 4pm.)

This experience will utilise the professional skills of seasoned haunted house enthusiasts, Julie Speer (prop maker) and Scott Boyce (head carpenter). With many years of experience, they have developed our Family Haunted House that will make surely impress adults and kids alike. All characters will be portrayed by professional actors.

Kids are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes to ward off any unsavoury characters and candy can be collected from each of our characters including:

Please note that we use theatrical haze which is non toxic and strobe lights which are not recommended for those who have photosensitive epilepsy.

TICKET TIMES

• Tickets slots are every 10 minutes, however please do not rush. We want to ensure kids get time to take pictures and get candy from every character.
• Once a group has entered and passed the first 'spook point' then the next group will be sent through in a steady stream. First entry is at 4pm on Friday October 17th with the last entry at 10:20pm. On Saturday October 18th, first entry is at 10am and last entry is at 12:50pm. This is a walk thru experience, but visitors can stop to collect candy and get photographs. Make sure to say 'trick-or-treat'...
• Please note that each 10 minute time slot has a maximum of 20 tickets (adults and children combined). So there may be people ahead of you and behind you.

RULES

• Although food, softs and alcohol can be purchased from Brown & Green, they are not permitted in the actual walk thru itself. There will be seating areas before and after.
• All children must be supervised by at least one parent or guardian throughout.
• This experience is monitored by CCTV for your protection and safety.
• Please be careful when entering and exiting the venue and use extra caution when using the stairs.
• This event will not contain any 'jump scares' or anything in relation to hard core horror. That is reserved for Saturday October 18th from 4pm (HAUNTED HOUSE EXTREME).
• The characters/actors are NOT allowed to touch guests in any manner and the same goes for visitors.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Tickets are non refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, then you are welcome to pass your tickets on to a third party. They must have the bar codes that are emailed to you to gain entry.
