Following the virtual introductory sessions held in July 2023, we would like to invite you to attend further events to discuss and develop our new collaborative way of working.

We have been working for several months to develop key parts of our Early Help services as well as developing Family Hubs across Cheshire East. These hubs will have increased services across the 0 -19 (upto 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) age range.

The Cheshire East Family Hub approach is a needs led approach based upon collaborative working. The authority has been split into eight collaborative areas.

A collaborative is a defined area in which data is analysed, local intelligence is gathered and key stakeholders within an area identify the top priorities and work together as a partnership to have a positive impact on the outcomes of children & families from using our internal resources.

We want to be working with as many partners and agencies in each collaborative areas to build a connected network of support for families and to bring agencies together to support each other.
