Sources of help, costs and how to obtain assistance
Understand the differences between Mediation, Solicitors, Barristers, Mckenzie Friends, yourself, support groups and charities, be aware of typical costs and when you could use each to your advantage.

Overview of court process and people and services involved
Who are the Legal Advisers, Magistrates, District Judges, Circuit Judges , County Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, CAFCASS, Social Services, drugs alcohol and DNA testing, psychologists , what do they do, and why you need them.

Which court, which form, what cost, when to apply.
Pre action protocol, Court forms, court fees and making your application correctly and at the right time to avoid wasting time, money and unnecessary delay to your case.
