Family Law Course for Mckenzie Friends - Level Three

This is the third level course for anybody facing the Family Courts or wanting to become a Mckenzie Friend. The course covers the following topics and will involve training and group discussions with mock courtroom scenarios. Lunch is provided. This level focuses more on becoming a Mckenzie Friend but the topics covered are just as relevant to Litigants in person

What it is and how to use it. Where to find it and how to present it, and how to counter it.
Preparing to go to trial
PPPPPP and the steps you need to take to prepare for a each type of hearing, including a contested hearing.
What they are, what they consist of and how to make them.
Why this is so important and how to use it to prepare your case theory and cross examination.
The three elements of cross examination and how to prepare and deliver efficiently
What they are and why they are an essential part of your education.
Which level court to appeal to, Skeleton Arguments and Grounds for Appeal, applications and preparing to appeal.
Putting together everything you have learned to prepare for a Contested Hearing using case law, cross examination and closing submissions.
