Family Learning Understanding Emotions (0511)

This is a three week course.

Sessions will take place on 5th, 12th and 19th November from 10:00 - 12:00pm.

Sessions include:

- What emotions are and their development in children.

- Emotion Coaching techniques

- Emotions and the brain, the science behind what we feel.

- Techniques to manage tantrums, your own emotional control, increasing your confidence as a parent.

This course is delivered by CLD Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents/carers living in Aberdeen.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.
