Family Learning's I'm a Parent (2708)

A six-week positive parenting programme for parents that starts on 27th August from 10:00am - 12.00pm at Hazlehead Community/Learning Centre.

I’m a Parent is an opportunity for parents to come together as part of a course, share their experiences and discover new perspectives and strategies.

Topics covered:

Parenting experience

Parenting skills and strategies

Challenging behaviour

Exploring influential factors on our parenting

Techniques to relax and destress

This course is delivered by Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents living in Aberdeen.  

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.

All of our courses are free to attend.

Warm Clothing and sensible Footwear are recommended.
