Understanding anxiety will break down this topic for parents and will cover:

What is anxiety?

The cognitive behavioural model of anxiety.

Strategies and techniques to manage anxiety.

This session will run on the 14th of January at 10:00am - 12:30am.

This course is delivered by CLD Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents/carers living in Aberdeen.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.
