Welcome to the Family Matters workshop: Understanding Occupational Therapy in Hounslow.
The session will be run by Tehmi Stott, Children’s Occupational Therapist at the Hounslow Children’s Occupational Therapy team.
The talk will linclude an introduction to the Hounslow Occupational Therapy service, including how to access the service and what to expect, the benefits of Occupational Therapy, top tips, strategies and resources for supporting your child at home. There will also be time for questions.
About the Ruils Family Matters service
Family Matters is a service for parents in Richmond and Hounslow that provides practical support, advice and information to families with Disabled children and/or young people with additional needs. We will help you navigate difficult circumstances and support you to come up with solutions through:
- 1-2-1 meetings with an advisor who will listen to and work with you to address your needs
- Information on activities, services & behaviour strategies
- Online and in-person workshops on common issues/topics
