Do you need some supervision before the end of the year?
I'm holding a two hour group session in December. Amongst other things, I'll be fielding questions about the seemingly never-ending subjects of accreditation and re-accrditation (now that the Law Society has started notifying its accredited mediators of their deadlines).
If you have a problem you would like to share, I can run the supervision favourite 10:10:10 to involve all those present in the problem solving.
We can talk about how to target your ideal clients or caucusing v shuttling. In fact I'm willing to include anything else that the group wishes to discuss.
And Remember, if you trained before 31 December 2014 you have only until the end of next year to submit your portfolios. For example, if you completed your foundation training in May 2014, you have until 31 December 2017.
If you trained after 31 December 2014 you have only three years to submit your portfolio. For example, if you completed your foundation training in May 2015, you have until May 2018.
All family mediators are required to undertake a minimum of four hours supervision every year, of which two may be obtained through group supervision. Those putting together their portfolios for submission must also undertake an additional ten hours supervision.
Let's look forward to helping and supporting each other and our mediation clients throughout 2017.
