FAMILY MINDFULNESS COURSE

Would you like a calmer home life?!
Positive World’s MINDFULNESS for FAMILIES classes teach parents how to use mindfulness with their children to help reduce stress and improve behaviour.
Practical support for parents whose children are anxious, angry, unsettled or who have ASD or ADHD.
- breathing techniques for calming down
- activities for focussing attention
- mindful movement games to connect body and mind
- gentle touch activities for calming
- learning what happens in the brain when we get angry
- guided visualisation
All the practices can be taken home and used by the whole family to help counter balance life in the frantic, technological world in which we all now live.
The feedback from children and families is overwhelmingly positive about the impact it has on their lives.
