About this event
Join Happy Healthy Holistic for an inclusive family chill out session online from the comfort of your home or wherever you find yourself. Take a break from your keyboard, step back from the screen and experience gentle, fun, mindfully meditative movement sessions that will shake out your stress, relax your body and inspire your mind. Learn simple hints and tips that you can incorporate into your daily life to keep the good vibe flowing throughout the week between sessions and over the course of your life.
Suitable for all ages and stages, all abilities. Everything is gentle, non-competitive and can be adapted to any disability or mobility need. Fully inclusive and SEN friendly.
You can be as private and discrete as you want. If you prefer, keep your camera off and enjoy the session with your family in your pajamas! During basic instruction and discussion, participants will be periodically muted. You can also mute yourself throughout if you so wish.
The session will last for 45 minutes and will then be followed by 15 minutes of informal conversation between friendly families logging in from across the globe who want to connect with and engage in the online Happy Healthy Holistic community.
No special equipment needed. Just bring a positive attitude, the desire to improve your well being and be a part of something new and globally transformative. Each week we will cover different meditation, mindfulness and/or movement practices, each one easily accessible and instantly beneficial.
