Cancellations

The National Deaf Children’s Society is not government funded, this event is part funded by The National Lottery and members of the public. The costs per child on average are: £50 per day event, £300 per weekend and £600 per holiday. Our events are very popular and we often have a waiting list, so people not turning up or cancelling at the last minute results in another deaf child missing out and wastes the money of our funders and donors.

Last minute cancellations or not showing-up may impact on future applications and we urge parents to inform the National Deaf Children’s Society of any need to cancel as soon as possible. By registering here you have agreed that we capture your details and that you and your child have every intention to attend the event and that you will only cancel due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

If you have any questions about the day please contact Swimming Development Officer, Eleanor Connelly on 0141 354 7860 or email swimming@ndcs.org.uk
