Space Makers for Families, like its cousin Space Makers for Schools, is designed to help every family make space for God, faith formation and spiritual encounter in the home.
Designed by Yvonne Morris, Discipleship Enabler for Children, Young People and Families, this 24- hour retreat will create some precious spiritual space to grow in faith individually and together, but it will also equip and empower you to use and adapt the key exercises and principles of the Space Makers for Families resource.
Leaving the home can be so valuable for laying down powerful positive memories and
offering space for a different way of being a family. We are therefore very fortunate that this family retreat will take place in the beautiful building and setting of St Katherine’s Retreat House, Parmoor near Marlow; perched up in the Chilterns in stunning scenery and expansive grounds, the spiritual encounter spaces will be accompanied with times of play, fun, reflection and socialising.
The retreat is fully catered, so no need to bring or plan any meals!
Do look at this link if you would like to find out more about the venue.
