Event Details

Curator Natalie Fiawoo gives us some insight into her approach and journey to putting together the Family Ties Exhibition which aims to give you some insight to what life was like in 1885-1950’s Ghana and how a family from east London connected themselves to Royalty, whilst also challenging you to examine who you are. Join us as she shares stories that are personal, honest, revealing and emotional as she amazingly found her own story intertwined with that of Togbui Adamah II and encourages you to have a look at yourself to find out what you may not know and how that can impact what you then pass on to the next generation.

BCA Friends benefit from priority booking, tickets go on sale 8 May 2018. General tickets on sale 15 May 2018.
