Is there parking at the venue?

There is no onsite parking, but you can find free parking on surrounding residential roads. Please allow extra time as spaces may fill up quickly. We recommend using the local bus routes where possible.

How do I get there by public transport?

Hillingdon Primary School is well-connected by several bus routes that stop within a 2 minute walk: 278 (Ruislip – Heathrow Central) 427 (Southall – Uxbridge) U2 (Uxbridge – Brunel University) SL8 (Superloop orbital, stops nearby)

Is there a Tube or train station nearby?

Yes! The nearest rail stations are: West Drayton (Elizabeth line), ~24 minute walk Hillingdon tube station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines), ~53 minute walk If travelling by Tube or train, you can also catch a connecting bus to minimize walking.

Can someone else attend in my place?

Yes! Please feel free to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just forward the ticket to them so they can check in on your behalf. Equally you can just turn up on the day!

Can I update my registration information?

Absolutely. You can log into your Eventbrite account and update your details any time before the event. Equally you can just turn up on the day!
