What is the refund policy?
Xperiology's cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 60 days prior to the event – Full Refund (Less Credit Card Fee)
60 days or less prior to the event – no refund/100% payment, pass may be transferred to a colleauge.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
All name changes must be emailed to the organiser prior to the event.
