Edinburghs community mushroom and worm farm Rhyze Mushrooms are passionate about the transformative power of mushrooms - tasty, nutritious and easy to grow the humble mushroom is coming into its own!

At Bridgend Farmhouse we have been working with Rhyze mushrooms for 3 years to cultivate Oyster mushrooms for use in our cafe and community meals

Founder of Rhyze Marco Tenconi will lead a talk about how to grow your own and you will leave with your own kit !
