Description
From Katsu to Kimchi, from Spring Rolls to Sushi, the far east provides us with endless inspiration for vegan dishes. Many eastern cuisines are dairy free of necessity and vegan or vegetarian dishes abound in various traditions, from subtle flavours through to spicy complexity.
For this workshop we'll pick some flavours and techniques to explore, tasting and trying as we go along, and we'll look at tofu too! You'll get inspiration, a helping hand to try things you may have felt too complicated, and some recipes to take away with you.
It'll be fun and hands-on, in our deicated teaching kitchen with up to 6 participants, refreshments provided.
