You will now be able to join the Wednesday LGBTQ SAA meeting in person or by Zoom.

Our new venue has a limited capacity and to ensure social distancing you will need to pre-register if you want to attend in person. Once the limit has been reached, you will be able to put your name on a waiting list and we will contact you if a place becomes available. If you register and then aren't able to attend, please cancel your place so we can give it to someone else.

Please note, your email address will be viewable only by the meeting servants to enable us to run the meeting and will be kept confidential. It will be kept for three weeks to enable track and trace should someone in the meeting subsequently develop symptoms and will then be deleted. Please feel free to set up a recovery email address that doesn't include your real name if you would like to preserve your anonymity whilst still enabling us to contact you.

If you have booked a place and then start to feel unwell or develop Covid-19 symptoms, we ask you to stay away from the meeting and cancel your place to allow someone else to attend. If you attend a meeting and have a confirmed case of Covid-19 within the following two weeks, please let us know so we can inform other attendees.

We ask that all attendees:

- sanitise their hands when they arrive (hand gel will be available at the meeting)

- wear a mask throughout the meeting

- stay at least 1metre away from other attendees at all times.
