WHAT IS FASCINATING FOREST:
We have transformed the Forest Of Pinclanty into a woodland of fascination. For 2 nights only this coming December, attendees will experience the forest like never before. The event is joint hosted by Adventure Carrick and The Adventure Centre for Education based in Girvan. As a self-guided walk which is suitable for all ages, the forest will come alive with flourescents, lanterns and gobo lighting effects which will light the trails around a set route. Along the way, visitors will spot pine pigs, pixie gardens, world of mushrooms and observe fairie dens to inpire children's imaginations and if they dare... sip a drink from the dragons kettle. There are lots of things to do along the trail such as; making wood cookies and xmas decorations using natural materials and of course toasting of marshmallows around the fire whilst adults sip a cup of warm Mulled wine.
Event staff will be on site to assist on the trails and an outdoor specific wheelchair can be provided for those with special needs (contact us prior).
Parking in and around the forest is very limited, therefore, SIGNPOSTING WILL BE IN EFFECT. The event organisers also will lay on a transport shuttle from Girvan Town House. Only 14 places available each shuttle. £5 supplement. Booking essential. Shuttle starts from 5.45pm. Then every hour.
