Fashion Fix Workshops at Greenwood Community Hall: Repair & Upcycle Your Wardrobe!
Description: Join us for our exciting Fashion Fix Workshops. Bring new life to your old, damaged, or unwanted clothing while learning creative ways to upcycle and repair your wardrobe. ✨👗♻️
Intially we'll be running these workshops once per month on the fourth Friday of each month between April and July, then we'll move to twice monthly, see the dates below.

What to Expect:
Whether you've got a pair of jeans with holes, a jumper that's seen better days, or a shirt you no longer wear, our FREE workshops will show you how to give them a fresh new look using simple repair techniques and upcycling ideas! ✂️🧵
- Clothing Repair: Learn essential sewing skills to repair rips, holes, and damaged seams.
- Upcycling Tips: Discover creative ways to transform old clothes into new fashion pieces or home décor items.
- Sustainability Focus: Understand how repairing and upcycling your clothing helps reduce waste and promote sustainable fashion practices.
- Exciting Projects: Participate in engaging, hands-on projects that will inspire your creativity and sustainability efforts.
- Community Input: Share your ideas for community-led projects – we welcome your input to shape future workshops!
- Equipment and Materials: We provide all necessary tools, sewing machines, and basic materials to get you started on your projects.
What to Bring:
- Your unwanted, damaged, or old clothing for repair or upcycling (jeans, shirts, jackets, sweaters, etc.).
- If you don't have items to bring, don't worry! We've got a partnership with Age UK Sheffield who have kindly donated some unsaleable clothing that's waiting for a new lease of life.
