Join us, for a Fashion Law Masterclass hosted at the distinguished Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design, in Central London. This one-day intensive masterclass will take you through the features of Fashion Law and offer a practical understanding of the law of intellectual property, including a straightforward introduction to copyright, trademark and design rights. It will also explore the essential legal issues faced by a fashion business as it grows from a start-up through to luxury fashion phase.

 

Masterclass Purpose:

Designed to give participants an understanding of the most important legal aspects of the fashion industry. This specialist masterclass will provide you with a workshop environment allowing you to gain intensive and practical fashion law training based on each development stage of a fashion collection, from inception through to commercialisation. This Fashion Law Masterclass will cover areas of expertise that are critical to a fashion brand. Participants will hear from experts on fashion law matters, from talks on protection of intellectual property, distribution and franchising contracts, sustainability, partnerships, building a brand, e-commerce to consumer protection and other related issues.
