(Specializing in Photography, Editorial/Commercial/Conceptual,Styling, Creative Direction, Hair and Make up, Media and Communication related practices) - but not limited to.

LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE - This is open to a small group of participants - FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS!!!!

Being a lecturer at one of London’s top creative arts university - The London College Of Fashion – University Of The Arts London, I am so often witness to students feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by thought patterns such as:

Where do I start?

How do I make this happen?

Where Can I get my work published and who do I contact?

How do find people to collaborate with?

What is the industry protocol for contacting model agencies, designers, pr's etc?

How much do I charge for my work?

I don't think I can do that...

I’m not good enough ....

These questions are very normal, and in fact a crucial part of anyone’s creative learning yet can limit us on our creative journey if they remain unexamined. We interpret questioning and doubt as ‘negative’ which can consequently set us up for patterns of devaluing and not believing in ourselves both within the context of studying and within our own industry practices.

With personal or group reviews of your own work I can assist you with

*Feedback (editing, layout)

*Direction

*How to navigate and Inspire ourselves in a world so full of stimulus.

*Initiating self directed work and seeing the outcomes you desire.

*Fundamentally a sense of achievement and self-confidence.

I specialize in helping individuals answer and resolve some of these questions:

How do I create a successful fashion portfolio?

What are the key elements in creating a sucessful portfolio for the purpose of applying for a fashion or art related course at university? (UCAS applications)

What is missing from my portfolio?

How do I elevate my already existing portfolio so that I get paid for my practice?

I want a career change but where do I begin in creating a portfolio?

If any of these questions resonate with you or if there is another area you are looking for support with please get in touch and I will work with you in creating a bespoke plan of action.

Additional information about me:

Justine is currently an associate lecturer at the London College Of Fashion – University Of The Arts London. Justine works within the fashion media and communication program and is also part of the admissions team for LCF. She also holds a PGCE in Academic Practice Art and Design.

With over a decade of industry knowledge having been a successful fashion stylist creating fashion shoots, styling celebrities and models for various mediums and platforms she has vast insight into the fashion industry.

Justine found that when teaching and mentoring an array of students and aspiring creative individuals that there were essential components missing in the ‘thinking’ and deciphering process. There was a vital ingredient missing in how to approach a project and to execute ideas. This being the ‘internal’ method of discovery and reflection.Justine runs a series of lectures, workshops and personal one to one mentoring reviews to assist with the unfolding, exploring, developing and refining of ones work.

Justine is passionate about how our experinces of the world can be explored through self enquiry and through mindful awareness and how we can then try to begin to understand our sense of self and tap into the creative power within us.

Once there is more of an understanding about ourselves and the world we live in we are far more receptive to creativity and inspiration.
