Learn to cook quick, healthy, fresh and delicious plant-based meals from scratch every night of the week, even after a busy day at work.
Over the course of the morning, we will cook a selection of Fast & Delicious Winter Plant-Based Dinners that you can make at home. There will be plenty of opportunities to sample what we make, and there may even be enough for you to take home!
The workshop is a mixture of demonstration and hands on. Dishes and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season.
We will cook dishes such as:
- Hungarian Goulash
- Dhal with roasted sweet potato and toasted coconut
- Nut burgers with a range of salads
We will also look at store cupboard ingredients, how to achieve a balanced plant-based diet and tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery in my kitchen, where I'll be able to answer all of your plant-based cooking questions.
There will be lots of cooking, but also plenty of conversation, tasting and fun, plus, you'll receive a little goody bag with recipes from the morning so you can recreate the meals at home.
