I offer a range of Fat Burning, Toning & Circuit Workouts to help you reach your Personal Best, we call this your Level 10.
The classes are fun and help you to increase your fitness levels, so they are suitable for any age and ability.
With our Metabolic exercises it means that you push as hard as you can for as long as you can, then rest and do it again. You listen to your own body and do what you can untill you build your fitness levels.
With Tabata workouts you push hard for 20 seconds then have a 10 second rest. I like to mix things up a bit to keep the classes fun.
Exercises are based around functional movements that you would use every day.
These forms of exercise combined with the right nutrition helps you to lose fat, change shape and build muscle.
Class times are 18.00 to 19.00 pm, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday and are held in my Studio.
The class fee is £4 per class payable at the event. Discounts are offered if people book multiple classes and pay a monthly fee. Call me for more information on this.
