Fault Lines: Colliding art, science and technology
Event Information
Description
FutureEverything would like to invite you to
'Fault Lines: colliding art, science and technology'
Meet artists, curators and creative technologists who are working with tech companies and innovation programmes.
Join us for an afternoon of artist presentations, pitches and a panel discussion, exploring new work and approaches that test the fault lines between culture, society, technology and innovation.
Fault Lines is FutureEverything’s landmark 2-year artist development and commissioning programme. As this phase of Fault Lines concludes, we’d like to invite you to celebrate the achievements of the programme and meet our artists.
This is a fantastic opportunity to see the artist's work, hear their experiences of the programme and come together to share ideas for the future.
A panel discussion will take place with invited guests including Mike Stubbs (ex-CEO FACT, Liverpool), Louise Shannon (Tate Liverpool), Lucy Dusgate (The Lowry) and Marieke Navin (Cheltenham Science Festival), chaired by FutureEverything’s new Creative Director, Irini Papadimitriou.
The afternoon will commence with a presentation on the programme, followed by presentations by the Fault Lines artists. We will conclude the afternoon with the panel discussion and time to network.
Refreshments will be available. Booking is essential as places are limited.
