Learn how to fillet, prepare and cook fish and shellfish with Professional Chef Ian Hewitt.

Living on the coast, we have access to an array of fresh local seafood. But we don't all know how to prepare or cook it to keep it at it's best.

Ian Hewitt, of Hewitts Home Dining, will be discussing the best methods of preparing fish & shellfish and demonstrating the cooking of dishes such as Paella, a scallop dish and also a surprise 'Catch of the Day' dish to be sourced locally. Let's hope it's a good day for fish and that we don't end up with a discarded welly!

A good filleting knife is crucial and we will have Robert Welch Filleting knives available to try on the night and available to purchase on a one-night special offer.
