We ran the first “Freelance, Now What?” session in July. With over 100 registered, it was a session that focused on the practicalities of the set up needed for freelance/independent working. We are now looking to run a follow up session, “Freelance, Now What: Systems & Structures.”

On Wednesday 14th October at 9.30am we will host a Zoom event that aims to provide advice about the structures and systems that independent workers should be building around them. The session will look into training and development, mental health and well-being and new business networks.

We will be joined by a panel of independent experts happy to share their learning and insight:

Alison Grade

Alison describes her key skill as transforming creative ideas into a business reality. She accomplishes this with the films she produces, the creative entrepreneurs she mentors, SMEs and freelancers she advises and in her Penguin published book The Freelance Bible.

Pauline Hughes

Pauline is an executive coach, with a special interest in helping women to fulfil their potential. Her mission is to use coaching to help more people understand the power of their personal brand and use it to achieve better things.

Ian Sanders

Ian is a creative consultant, storyteller and coach on a mission to get people energised at work. Through his workshops, presentations, storytelling and one-to-one walking coaching sessions Ian brings a fresh and passionate approach to spark change and inspire organisations, teams and individuals. Ian is the author of "Leap! Ditch Your Job, Start Your Own Business & Set Yourself Free".

Onika Simon

Onika is an unorthodox communications strategist. Providing navigation through the "noise" her unique blend of thinking and insight offer new opportunities and ideas. Onika lives and works in Berlin.
