During these difficult times, many food and drink businesses have had to diversify their product range and as we start to see normality across production many producers are now looking at exciting ways to continue production and develop new and exciting products.

Our New Product Development and Innovation Manager Zoe will take you through what new product development looks like, how you start embarking on it and how to make a profit.

Presenter: Zoe Plant, FDF's NPD and Innovation Manager is an innovative, experienced Development Chef, providing businesses with high-quality development support and knowledge they may not otherwise have access to. Working at The FoodWorksSW has given Zoe a great opportunity to use her experience in the food industry to help SMEs at the grass-roots level to scale-up, learn about food labelling, costing of products and food trends.

Event and Booking Information

The webinar presentation will last for 30 minutes, with a further 30 minutes to allow all attendees to ask questions.

All our events are interactive, please try and join with a laptop or pc so you can engage fully in the experience, and keep your camera on so the presenters can connect fully with their audience.

Once you have registered and before the event, you will receive an MS Teams invitation, please click the link on the invitation to join the webinar.

The event is free of charge to all network members, if you are not yet a member, you will be signed up to this level of membership free of charge before the event taking place - automatically. The order form for the event will capture all the information required to invite you into network membership of the Food and Drink Forum.
