In its third year, AAC has quickly become recognised as the premier professional apprenticeship conference providing policy and practical updates. More than 100 workshops and 50 exhibitors will again provide senior staff from colleges, training providers, universities, employers and assessment organisations with business critical news and information.

Taking place around National Apprenticeship Week 2017, the conference comes at a time of major reform and uncertainty.

Ahead of the launch of the apprenticeship levy in April, and the new ‘upper-limit’ funding methodology kicking in from 1 May, there is no better time for you and your organisation to benefit from attendance.

AAC2017 is the not to be missed three day policy and practice conference dedicated to apprenticeships.

Cancellations
We will do our best to ensure that the event goes ahead, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If the event is cancelled we will refund your event fee in full but will have no further liabilities to you, such as the costs of accommodation or travel. However, where we are forced to cancel the conference as a result of events arising which are outside of our control, we will have no obligation to offer a refund of your conference fee.

If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event you must do so by via the online registration website. If you cancel your booking one month or more before the event Lsect shall issue a refund/ credit note to you for the event fee in full. If you cancel within one month there will be no refund (100% cancellation charge).

Substitutions
Substitutions of delegates may be accepted, via the online registration website, before the event and provided that the proposed substituted delegate is from the same organisation as the original delegate.

Although substitutions may be accepted if notified in writing prior to the event (as set out above), non-arrivals will be liable for the full fee that the delegate was booked to attend.

Payment
On receipt of your online booking, if requested, we will issue our invoice to you in respect of the conference fee (plus VAT). Payment must be received no later than 30 days after the date of the invoice.

Changes to the event programme
Although we will do our best to follow the published programme, we reserve the right to change it (including the guest speakers and the times of their presentations). In the unlikely event that we need to change the venue, we will give you as much notice as is practicable. In the event that any such changes are made, no refund of the event fee shall be made.

The views expressed by guest speakers are theirs alone and do not necessarily represent ours. We can take no responsibility for the content or the accuracy of the speakers' presentations.

Expectation
Delegates will be expected to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the rules of the venue and the reasonable requests of the organisers. Failure of delegates to do so will entitle us to cancel or terminate your attendance at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is recommended that you bring along your printed ticket or have access via a smart device for a speedy smooth registration process.


What is the refund policy?

If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event you must do so by via the online registration website.
